Phone Calls
We try not to interrupt your doctor whilst they are in consult, although urgent problems will be dealt with immediately.
Our staff will take a message for you and the doctor will return your call when he/she is available.

Test Results
An appointment is required for anyone wishing to discuss their test results. You will be contacted for this followup only at the doctor’s request if a result shows an abnormality.

Requests for Prescriptions or Repeat Referrals
Patients need an appointment for all repeat scripts or referrals. It is a legal requirement that your GP consults with those on regular medication or in specialist care.

Your Medical Records and Confidentiality
Your medical file is handled with the utmost respect and privacy. All staff are bound by our strict confidentiality agreement as a term of their employment.
Secure storage policies are observed and your electronic records are accessible only by staff with a security password.
